Our flagship dining room, named in honour of the hotel's original Edwardian benefactor, occupies the grandest space in the building — a double-height room with original plasterwork ceilings and tall arched windows.

Executive Chef Marcus Hale presents a menu of contemporary British cuisine with a refined European influence — built on the finest seasonal produce from trusted British farmers and artisan suppliers. The wine list, curated by our Master Sommelier, spans 480 labels.

Lunch: Tuesday – Sunday, 12:00 – 14:30

Dinner: Daily, 18:30 – 22:00

The Vault Bar

Named for the original Victorian wine cellars below, The Vault Bar is our most intimate venue — a masterclass in atmosphere. Sixteen seats at the bar, booths for private conversation, and a cocktail list that is, without question, the finest in Mayfair.

Over 280 whiskies, an extensive rum collection, house-crafted cocktails using housemade syrups and infusions, and a bar snacks menu of outstanding bites. Live jazz on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9pm.

Rooftop Experience

Sky Terrace

Step out onto our rooftop Sky Terrace and find London stretched out below you in every direction. Available for dinner service from May through September, the terrace seats 36 guests under bespoke canvas canopies with overhead heaters.

The Sky Terrace menu focuses on lighter Mediterranean-inspired dishes, fresh seafood and chilled champagne — the perfect accompaniment to the London skyline as the sun sets over the city.
